Grand Opening of Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry
11.13.23
On Thursday, November 16th at 5:30 pm, you're invited to join the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce for a special ribbon-cutting event marking the rebranding of Nirvana Grille into Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry, accompanied by a launch celebration.
"After 15 years, we are evolving Nirvana Grille into a more accessible concept called Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry. We will focus on Conscious Food Served Casually," explains Chef Lindsay Smith, a Laguna native and the Executive Chef and owner. "With a more deliberate emphasis on sourcing ingredients, crafting craveable dishes with a health-driven approach, and the exciting inclusion of my custom-made woodwork created from locally sourced reclaimed lumber, I have united both of my passions under one roof. Instead of just being Farm to Table, we have evolved into 'Farm to Fork & Tree to Table.' We cannot wait to unveil this transformation after 15 years, better serving the day-to-day needs of our community."
The Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry menu will highlight organic, sustainable, grass-fed, free-range, seasonal, and local ingredients. Additionally, it will feature a grab-and-go market filled with house-made delicacies and a kitchen store offering Chef Lindsay's handcrafted wooden creations.
"Nirvana Grille has a whole new look," says Erin Slattery, CEO of the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce. "I am excited to dine at Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry to experience the new tableside ordering. With the holiday season approaching, the grab-and-go market, custom handmade furniture, and grazing boards by Chef Lindsay will be on my shopping list. She even mentioned they can personalize items with engravings or create custom pieces for a more personalized gift. It's definitely a must-have on my shopping list this year."
For those attending the event, Chef Lindsay will be hosting one of her signature grazing tables. Seating will be available in the interior dining room and Bliss Above Broadway on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests can enjoy the new menu with tableside ordering until 8:30 pm.
Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry is located at 303 Broadway Street, Suite 101, Laguna Beach.
